Latin America · Gold Coast

Latin America: more than people.

One ocean between us. Three countries, three condiments, and the people behind each one, brought to the Gold Coast one at a time.

No prices or orders yet. We only launch a product once it's sourced, tested and legally imported.

Origins

Filmed where it's made.

We travel to meet the people behind each condiment and film them with their consent. Real over perfect.

Our vision

A home, far from home.

SolubFood exists so Latin Americans on the Gold Coast feel at home, and so Australians can see Latin culture as it really is: visible, trusted, modern and built by its community. Not a stereotype.

HOGAR

Home

INDEPENDENCIA

Independence

Producers and partners keep their own name, their own story and their own way of doing things.

FAMILIARIDAD

Familiarity

Twenty countries, one community. Different accents, the same table.

SIMPLICIDAD

Simplicity

Easy to find, easy to buy, easy to share. No passport needed.

“We don't sell ingredients. We sell a feeling from the other side of the world.”

Latin nights, now and then.

Every so often we host a night inside a Latin restaurant on the Gold Coast. Members hear first. We only announce a night once it's confirmed in writing.

Questions.

When can I buy?

Merkén comes first, planned for early 2027. We only open orders once it's sourced, tested and cleared for import.

How much will it cost?

Prices come with the launch. Waitlist members see them first.

Do you deliver?

We start on the Gold Coast. Delivery details come with the launch.

Is it imported legally?

That's our rule: no product goes on sale until it meets Australia's import and food-labelling requirements.

What is SolubFood?

A Latin brand from the Gold Coast. We share the food and culture of South America, and sell condiments that carry its stories.

Can my restaurant stock it?

Yes. See For Restaurants. There's no monthly fee.
